History of the Company

MESSRS ARIGBEDE & COMPANY is a purely indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers established in 1993, and duly registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (established under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1, 1990). We are also registered members of both the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) ,Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and to practice Estate Management throughout Nigeria.

Valuation is guided by the rules and regulations of the practice of Estate Surveying & Valuation made under the Estate Surveyors and Valuers (Registration etc.) Act (Cap E13, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2007) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Arigbede & Company started Estate Surveying & Valuation practice in 1993. Now having about 31 years of cognate experience.
